Our departments already know each other — will this still help?
Knowing each other and working well together aren’t the same thing. Team building training is most useful precisely when departments are familiar but still operate in silos — it’s designed to test and improve actual coordination, not introductions.
How long does a typical program run?
Onsite sessions in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida usually run a full working day. The offsite version at our Kolad campus is typically a 2 to 3 day residential program.
Can you run this for over 500 people?
Yes, though for groups this size we’d usually recommend the onsite format with multiple facilitator teams running parallel activity stations, rather than a single continuous session.
Is there a minimum group size?
We generally recommend at least 15 to 20 participants so the activities function properly, but reach out if your group is smaller and we’ll advise honestly on fit.
