Through the structured debrief after each activity, where a facilitator connects specific observed behaviour to your team’s real working patterns. We can also build in a short pre- and post-session discussion with your L&D team to track specific goals.
Is this available onsite in Hyderabad?
Yes, for most activities. A few water- or terrain-dependent exercises are only available at our Kolad campus.
How long does a typical experiential program run?
A single day for a focused session, or 2 to 3 days for a fuller program combined with a Kolad stay.
