Or your team can travel to us, to our 50-acre training campus in Kolad, for the complete immersive version with overnight stay.

We build structured physical challenges, team tasks, trust-based exercises, problem-solving under a clock, that expose how your people actually communicate, not how they say they communicate in a survey. A trained facilitator runs the debrief afterward and ties it back to your business.

Bangalore — FAQs
Do you run corporate outbound training within Bangalore, or only at your Kolad campus?
Both. Our facilitators can travel to Bangalore and run the full program at your office or a partner venue in the city, or your team can travel to our 50-acre campus in Kolad for the residential version. Which one suits you usually comes down to whether you want a day program or a full break from the office.
How many people can one program accommodate?
We’ve run sessions from 20 people to full company events of 500-plus. Group size affects which activities we use and how many facilitators are on the ground, so tell us your numbers early.
How far in advance should we book?
For a straightforward onsite day in Bangalore, two to three weeks is usually enough. For a Kolad offsite involving group travel, we’d suggest six to eight weeks so we can plan transport and accommodation properly.
Is the program customised, or is it a fixed package?
Customised. We start with a short call to understand what you’re actually trying to fix – cross-team friction, a new leadership layer, onboarding a distributed team – and build the day around that.
