Raft-building, rope courses and hill treks make up the core activities, each followed by a structured debrief linking the exercise back to how your organisation actually functions.

Classroom L&D tends to build awareness; experiential training tests whether that awareness actually holds up under real pressure. Most Delhi NCR clients use it as a follow-on to existing training, not a replacement.
Can this be run for senior leadership specifically, rather than broader teams?
Yes, and it’s a common request — the format works well as a leadership-specific session, since seniority doesn’t shield anyone from the actual physical challenge.
Is this available onsite across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida?
Yes, for the majority of activities. Certain water- and terrain-based exercises are only available at our Kolad campus.
What’s the typical group size for this program?
