Gazebo – The Community Dining Lounge

Our community dining lounge, Gazebo, is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding outdoor environment. Traditionally associated with rest and rejuvenation, the Gazebo ensures guests are well-nourished and refreshed for the learning and fun that lies ahead.

Beyond being a food pavilion, the Gazebo serves as a vibrant hub of camp life. It houses the Reception, Tuck Shop, Telephone Booth, Cold Drink Counter, and a First Aid Centre. Proudly and tastefully displayed are the logos of our esteemed clientele, reflecting lasting partnerships.

In case of inclement weather or as an alternative setting, activities can be comfortably conducted within the spacious 40-foot hexagon-shaped Gazebo or in our large, fully air-conditioned conference hall.

Activity Area at Camp Site

A major portion of Empower Camp’s expansive 50-acre open landscape is dedicated to the Activity Area—the hub where all action unfolds. This area features large open grounds for sports such as Foot Cricket, Dodgeball, Volleyball, and more.

It is also equipped with a Dynamic Challenge Course (DCC), a powerful leadership and team-building tool, along with a Rope Course, Burma Bridge, Fast Track Obstacle Course, Target Shooting Range, Trust Track, Wall Climbing, Zip Line, and several other activities designed for both fun and learning.

The Activity Area, also referred to as the Training Area, reflects the essence of a modern-day Gurukul. Staying true to Gurukul traditions, learning takes place in unique open-air classrooms under trees or in gazebo-style shelters. After each outdoor activity, participants gather here to share experiences and reflect through a structured process known as debriefing.

These spaces also serve as relaxed zones for leisure, where guests can unwind, engage in conversations, or simply sit back and enjoy a cup of tea.

Beautiful Lake Site

The western end of this scenic landscape is graced by a lake, a vast water body where we conduct a wide range of water-based activities for both training and leisure.

The lake remains full from June through January; beyond this period, activities are conducted at an alternate lake located approximately 3.5 km away. Additionally, the nearby Kundalika River offers opportunities for year-round adventure through white water rafting.

Campfire Experience:

Unwind at the end of an eventful day by relaxing around a warm campfire, with the option to enjoy a barbecue for an enhanced outdoor experience.

A new modern, air conditioned 1200 sq ft conference hall has a facility of being partitioned into one -third and two-third. It can accommodate about 180 people in theatre style and about 80 people in a cluster arrangement. We also have arrangements of seating on the floor on mattresses, called Indian baithak style seating.

Check-in – 1400 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability.
Check out – 1200 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
Corporate groups- Check In- Check out will vary as per program design

Cancellation Policy

As per the booking note issued.

Child Policy

One child over 6 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent’s room. A child’s bed is provided at no additional charge.
For two children between 6 and 12 years, an additional room is necessary. The rate of this room will be 50% of the parent’s applicable room rate.
If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

SAFETY MEASURES

At Empower Camps, the safety of participants is a prime concern and we make no compromises on that. We use high-quality safety equipment and gears. Our instructors are highly qualified and trained in various skills like mountaineering, life-saving in water activities and First Aid. We have medical facilities in close proximity and can provide a doctor at the site on special demand.
