Details of Packages
A) OVERNIGHT PACKAGES
- Overnight stay -Check-in -1500 hrs & check out 1400 hrs (early check-in & late checkout can be given depending on availability)
- Meals– One each: High tea, dinner, breakfast & lunch as part of package
- Extras– Additional meals and days/activities and services can be added on extra cost.
B) DAY PACKAGE DETAILS
- Day Rafting package–White Water Rafting, lunch and facility for bath &change is included. Reporting by 07.30 Hrs at our resort. Breakfast can be added on extra cost if required.
- Day Package– 0900 to 1700 hrs. Breakfast, Lunch and High Tea are included. Anything extra, additional services/activities will be chargeable.
C) CHILDREN POLICY
- Children up to 5 are complimentary, 5 to 8years half (please send soft copy of ID of the child while booking) & 8 years and above at full cost.
D) RAFTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Rafting is a time-bound activity, hence if you cannot make it on time we will not be responsible and no refunds will be made.
- Transport from/to Camp to rafting site will be extra.
- Rafting once confirmed cannot be cancelled and no refund will take place, However, if rafting is cancelled by organisers due to unavoidable reasons a refund for rafting cost will be made.
- Children above 14 years can do rafting.
- Rafting cost includes all gear/equipment for rafting.
E) MISC
- Veg/Non-Veg meals are served. Jain food can be provided on prior notice.
- Meals for drivers/cleaners will cost extra.
- Starters, Soft drinks, Juices & mineral water will be on extra cost
- GST will be applicable on the final bill
- These packages are applicable till 31st Jan 2021.
F) Cancellation Policy
- In prevailing conditions of corona Virus due to genuine reasons, if cancellation is done 48 hrs before check-in, a full refund will be made. If the resort is closed due to Govt/Local orders full refund will be made
