Morning: The day begins with a universal prayer not associated with any religion followed by a morning session, which is designed to freshen and energise the participants. It is also expected to give a subtle message of how important physical exercise is and how interesting it can be. It is a specially designed session with songs, dance & physical exercise which participants will remember for years to come. There is a opening session to set the context, discuss David Kolb’s cycle of experiential learning, high performance teams and expectations. Participants are divided into teams and briefed on a simulated business scenario, depending upon the business participants are into.

Mid-Morning & Afternoon: Teams embark on a series of activities that require
communication, collaboration, and strategic planning to overcome obstacles. These challenges may involve building a structure with limited materials, navigating a blindfolded course, or solving a complex puzzle. After each activity teams debrief on their experiences.
