From Colleagues to Cohesive Teams: How We Transformed Collaboration Through Outbound Training
We recently had the opportunity to host an engaging and results-driven Corporate Outbound Training program for a reputed engineering services company at our 50-acre experiential learning campus in Kolad.
Led by our team of senior Army veteran trainers, the program was designed to foster leadership, team synergy, and real-time problem-solving—away from the usual office environment, and deep in nature.
Over two immersive days, participants navigated through structured adventure-based activities, reflection sessions, and collaborative challenges—unlocking new team dynamics and individual growth.
