Welcome to Empower Activity Camps. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Empower Activity Camps’ Website and the services provided at our physical camp locations.

By accessing this website (https://empowercamp.com) or booking a camp session, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Empower Activity Camps’ website or services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• To secure a booking, a minimum deposit (as specified at the time of booking) must be paid.

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the camp activities.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the camp date will receive a [Based on the Program/Service] % refund.

• No refunds will be provided for “no-programs” or cancellations made less than 72 hours/days prior to the event.

• Empower Activity Camps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit for a future date will be offered.

3. Physical Fitness and Safety

• Participants must be in good physical health to participate in adventure activities.

• It is the participant’s (or guardian’s) responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the start of the program.

• Participants must follow the instructions of the camp instructors at all times. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate removal from the activity without a refund.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

• Adventure activities (including trekking, climbing, and outdoor training) involve inherent risks. By booking with Empower Activity Camps, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that the camp, its staff, and its affiliates will not be held liable for personal injury or loss of property, provided standard safety measures were maintained.

5. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or illegal substances at our camps.

• Empower Activity Camps reserves the right to terminate the stay of any participant whose behavior is deemed harmful to themselves or others.

6. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise stated, Empower Activity Camps owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish or redistribute our content.

7. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Empower Activity Camps be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or participation in our activities.
